Your license key was emailed to the address you used at checkout. Check spam if you don't see it. You can also find every key on your account page at goataudiolabs.com/account.

Download the installer for your platform from goataudiolabs.com/download. Copy the VST3 (and AU on macOS) to your plugin folder: macOS — /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/, Windows — C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\, Linux — ~/.vst3/. Rescan plugins in your DAW, open the plugin, and enter your license key or start a free trial.

Rescan plugins in your DAW's preferences and make sure the DAW is 64-bit. On macOS you may need to allow the plugin in System Settings › Privacy & Security.

Each license activates on two machines. Deactivate a machine from goataudiolabs.com/account or from inside the plugin. A 30-day cooldown applies before a freed slot accepts a new machine.

Deactivate on the old machine first (in the plugin or at goataudiolabs.com/account), then activate on the new one with the same key. If you no longer have access to the old machine, sign in and open a ticket below.

A bundle arrives as one email with a separate license key for each plugin, so each plugin manages its own two computers.

We do not refund for change of mind, which is why every plugin has a full 14-day trial. If you hit a technical problem we cannot resolve, open a ticket below. Your rights under your local consumer law if a plugin is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
